ACCOUNT NUMBER FORMAT FOR CUSTOMERS OF HSBC, OCBC & SBI Customers of The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC), Overseas-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (OCBC) and State Bank of India (SBI) must now use the full account number. The full account number includes the branch code followed by the existing account number. It is a 10 or 12 -digit number forOCBC, 12 -digit number for HSBC and 14- digit for SBI.
